Directions:

1. Place the Grounding Sheets over your mattress, like any other sheet set.
2. Plug one end of the Straight Cord into the ground port (third hole) of the wall outlet.
3. Snap the other end onto the Earthing Sheets.
4. Enjoy!

Bare skin contact is best with the sheets but one thin layer of clothing between you and the sheets is acceptable.

Bleach, body lotions and oils can tarnish the silver thread so we do not recommend use with our products.
