What countries do we ship to?
We support international shipping, you can check the supported regions when filling out the shipping address
Some countries require us to include duties and taxes in the cost of items which may increase the cost of items. Rest assured when this happens, you will not be asked to pay additional taxes.
With our previous integration, the customer was responsible for paying duties and taxes when the package reached their respective country, as the option to pay them in advance wasn’t available.
Do we offer free shipping?
we offers free international standard shipping on orders over a certain value. To determine if you qualify for free shipping, simply visit our website and select your country and preferred currency. Our shipping banner will automatically display the minimum order value required to receive free shipping based on your location.
We are partnered with various shipping carriers, including Yunexpress, USPS, DHL, FedEx, and local couriers.
As for standard shipping delivery, the estimated times are 20-30 days for all international shipping area , and you can also choose Expedited shipping for faster
When will my order ship?
After confirming your order, it will be promptly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
The current processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. however, due to influxes in order volume, holiday and product lead , please allow between 1-2 weeks for our fulfillment team to fulfill your order
What is the status of my order?
To track your order, simply wait for an email notification from us after your order has been shipped. It will contain a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
