Processing Time

Retail orders ship within 1–2 business days (extended during peak sales). B2B bulk orders use Alibaba Logistics commercial clearance with separate processing notice. Parcels to Hong Kong & Taiwan are shipped via SF Express.

US/Canada:10–20 business days

EU & UK:15–25 business days

HK/Macau/Taiwan/Australia (SF Express for HK/TW):10–18 business days Mexico, Norway, West Asia, South America, Other Europe:18–30 business days Delays may occur due to customs, weather or carrier issues. Tracking number provided after dispatch.

Mandatory Customs Documents

1.Mexico: Recipient RFC tax ID required for clearance; detention fees without ID borne by buyer.Shoe products have additional tariffs.

2.Norway: Recipient VOEC number mandatory; fines for missing VOEC at buyer’s cost.

Duty Information

Core retail orders are DDP (base duties covered by us), extra footwear tariffs may apply to buyers. Buyers pay all local taxes, fines and document fees. All B2B Alibaba Logistics orders require buyers to cover full commercial customs charges including footwear surcharges, RFC & VOEC related costs.
