Grounding Sheet and Mat
Warranty Period: 6 months from the purchase date.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects only.

Defects in conductive fabric or stitching

Failure of grounding snaps or connection points due to manufacturing defects

Abnormal loss of conductivity not caused by improper use or washing
Exclusions: Misuse, improper care, physical damage, and cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product conductivity.
Grounding Shoe
Warranty Period: 3 months from the purchase date.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects only.

Shoe uppers separating or pulling apart from the soles

Cracked or structurally defective outsoles caused by manufacturing issues

Frayed, loose, or improperly finished stitching on the uppers

Loss of conductivity due to manufacturing defects in conductive components
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse or improper care, or cosmetic changes that occur with regular use.
As with all footwear, the lifespan of EarthingLife shoes depends on usage frequency, walking surfaces, and the conditions to which they are exposed over time.
Grounding Tester&Accessory
