Return Policy
We allow international returns as long as they fall under the following return guidelines:
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at return center. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Important things to note before creating a return:

We currently do not offer exchanges for international customers.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount as we do not cover return shipping costs.
- International duties/taxes not paid via our checkout will not be eligible for a refund.
- All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of your order being shipped.
- Product tags must still be intact
- Product must be returned in original product bags
- Cannot be worn, washed, or put through the dryer
- Due to personal hygiene reasons, bedding that has been used is not eligible for return
Cancellation after ordering
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably before the shipment is dispatched, which usually occurs within 1-2 business days. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to return the item to receive a refund.
Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products
In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@groundingwell.com, along with your order number. We will gladly replace the defective item free of charge. Kindly include your order number in the email to facilitate the return process.
Never received
If your order tracking indicates that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and may issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Regarding return processing time, we aim to complete the process within two days of receiving the returned item. However, during periods of high demand, it may take a bit longer. Additionally, please allow three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Earthing products connect the body to the Earths energy. We guarantee that connection. There is no guarantee as to how an individual may respond to Earthing and Grounding once that connection is made. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you believe you are not experiencing the medical benefits associated with our earthing products.
