Directions:

1. 【PACKAGE INCLUDES】: This grounding kit includes everything needed to ground you and begin sleeping deeper. 1*bed sheet, 1*straight cord, 1*coil cord, 1*outlet checker U.S., 1*tester, 1*safety adapter U.S. and NO PILLOWCASE.
2. 【PREMIUM MATERIAL】: Our earthing sheets are 90% cotton with 10% solid silver strands heathered into the cotton fibers. It's very soft and comfortable.
3. 【HOW TO USE】: ①Test your wall outlet with the U.S. outlet checker to ensure it’s grounded. ②Push the U.S. safety adapter into your grounded outlet. ③Push the straight cord into the safety adapter and snap the other end of the cord onto the conductive snap on bed sheet. ④Push the coil cord into the safety adapter then connect to the tester.
4. 【SLEEP GROUNDED】：Sleep deep with our earthing sleep system, designed to ground your bed in the most comfortable and convenient way possible. Place the earthing sheets over your mattress, like any other sheet set. Direct contact with the skin is always the most effective. If you wear clothing, thin natural materials work best.
5. 【CARE INSTRUCTION】：It is good to wash your earthing sheet. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial. Washing in warm water strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.
   

Bare skin contact is best with the sheets but one thin layer of clothing between you and the sheets is acceptable.

Bleach, body lotions and oils can tarnish the silver thread so we do not recommend use with our products.
