1. General 30-Day Free Will Return Window

We provide a 30-day change-of-mind return & exchange window starting from the date you receive your order. This policy applies to all eligible grounding products listed below, subject to product-specific return limits and item condition rules.

2. Eligible Products with 60-Day Extended Return & Exchange Window

The following items enjoy an extended 60-day trial return period, eligible for refund or exchange only if they remain unused, unwashed, intact, with original packaging and all accessories attached (no damage, stains or heavy wear that affects resale):

· Grounding Mats

· Grounding Fitted Sheets & Silver Fiber Grounding Sheets

· Grounding Footwear

3. Non-Returnable Items Once Opened/Unsealed (No Change-of-Mind Returns)

Due to hygiene, personal contact and functional health product standards, the below items cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened, unsealed, worn or used for any personal reason:

· Grounding Socks

· All Grounding Accessories (testers, cords, connectors, sockets etc.)

· Grounding Pillowcases

4. Complete Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

All return/exchange applications must be submitted via our official customer support email. No in-store or social media DMs will be accepted for return authorization.

·  Please provide your full order number, item SKU, return reason and clear photos of the unused product & original packaging when sending the email. We will reply with a formal return authorization (RMA) number and full return shipping address within 24 working hours.

Q: What is an RMA number?

A: RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. It is a unique authorization number issued by our customer support once your return request is approved.

You must obtain a valid RMA number before sending any items back to our warehouse. Please clearly write the RMA number and your order number on the outside of your return package. Shipments returned without an approved RMA number risk being refused or experiencing long processing delays.

 

Step 2: Prepare Return Shipment

1. Repack goods securely in original packaging; all tags, labels, gift boxes and matching accessories must be included.

2. Eligible return items must stay clean, undamaged and free of stains, odors or heavy wear.

3. Write your RMA number and order number clearly on the outside of the shipping parcel.

Step 3: Ship Back the Item

· For non-defective, change-of-mind returns: All return shipping fees are fully borne by the customer. We will not cover any outbound or return delivery costs.

· For defective, damaged or wrong-item shipments caused by our warehouse error: We will provide all return shipping charges after you submit defect proof photos.

Step 4: Refund Processing Timeline

Once our warehouse receives, inspects and approves your returned goods, we will process your full refund within 2 working days. The fund will be credited back to your original payment method automatically. Please note that banks, credit card providers or third-party payment platforms may take extra processing time to reflect the refund balance in your account, which is beyond our control.

5. Additional Terms & Exclusions

1. Free promotional gifts bundled with orders: If you return a main eligible product, all free gifts must be returned unused and unopened together. If gifts are missing or used, we will deduct the full retail RRP of the gifts from your final refund amount. Free gifts alone cannot be returned separately.

2. Refunds will deduct our original outbound shipping cost paid to deliver your order to you, unless the return is caused by our product quality defect.

3. We reserve the right to apply restocking fees if returned items arrive damaged, incomplete or show excessive wear that prevents resale.

4. This return policy only covers consumer free-will returns. Local consumer protection laws shall prevail if mandatory statutory rights conflict with above clauses.
